This subject may be difficult, but the Holy Spirit will give understanding. The right attitude towards the subject can make grasping it easy. That is, you have to be disciplined, put all your attention, humble your heart, and ask God for understanding, then, the Holy Spirit will find you easy to work on.
What I have put together here did not come to me by eating all day, or playing around. It cost me so much effort. I laboured night and day, praying, fasting, and asking God to help me understand. I discovered that understanding is crucial. The Bible says in Proverbs 4:7, “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.” If you want to grasp the subject, you must have the right attitude.
Spiritual things are very difficult to explain. It is one thing to find a way to put them in words, it is another thing for people to be able to think it through and understand it. But that is essentially the work of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit can ‘find it easier’ to give understanding to some people though.
