Who We Are
The Stone Church was established in April 1993, as an arm of the Word Alive Ministries. The inaugural service was held on Saturday April 23rd 1993, at the Omega Conference Centre, Favos Building, New Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo State. Sunday services commenced at the same venue on April 24th 1993 at 8 a.m. The Headquarters of the Church has since moved to its permanent site at Mokola, and has continued to establish branches all over the country and overseas.

2003
The Word Alive Ministries (a.k.a The Stone Church) celebrated its 10 years anniversary since it was established in 1993. The ministry and its outreach continues to go and expand, blessing and enriching lives all over the globe.
2014
The Stone Church moved to its newly built Word Alive International Conference Centre (WAICC) built as the new international worship centre for the Stone Church.
2018
Right from inception, The Stone Church International has organized her Convention (better known as Dunamis) over the course of 25 years since April 1993. Dunamis 2018 tagged Power & Glory marks the occasion of the silver jubilee of The Stone Church International.
